蚝油牛柳
蚝油牛柳的做法1.牛里脊洗净后切条,海鲜菇切成与同长,洋葱切丝,小葱切段
2.牛柳用生抽、老抽、料酒、盐、鸡精、水淀粉抓匀上浆腌一会备用
3.腌好的肉再倒入少许植物油拌匀

4.锅内倒入适量植物油,油温5成热时放入姜末倒入牛柳划炒变色盛出
5.锅内放底油,油热后先将洋葱倒入炒出香味,再将海鲜菇放入炒软
