咖喱牛肉的做法1.牛肉切块,冷水下锅焯去血水

2.土豆切块,胡萝卜切块

烹饪技巧
1、焯好的牛肉下锅炖制的时候,一定要添加热水,不然牛肉遇冷水肉质紧缩不容易软烂;
2、土豆和胡萝卜要放,不然牛肉软烂,土豆就炖化了;
3、放点能使咖喱更香;
4、最好用,成品更香,没有用色拉油也可以
