蒜香秋葵

蒜香秋葵的做法
1.黄秋葵用淡盐水略泡,洗去绒毛,去根备用

2.清洗干净的秋葵切成斜刀块,蒜拍碎切成小米碎

3.平底锅烧热,放入适量植物油,小火爆香蒜米

4.放入切好的秋葵片,略炒一会,接着放入盐调味,翻炒均匀后关火出锅装盘
