粉蒸鸡翅

粉蒸鸡翅的做法
1.原料备用,鸡翅中反面划个小口,方便入味

2.取一只碗,倒入适量的生抽、盐、生姜末、黑胡椒粉、香叶(捏碎)、白糖、料酒做成腌肉料。鸡翅中放入腌肉料内,腌一小时
3.粽叶洗净,铺入蒸笼内

4.土豆去皮,洗净切厚片,土豆两面均匀的粘上粉蒸肉

5.整齐的铺在粽叶上,腌好的鸡翅,也粘上粉蒸肉

6.整齐的摆在土豆片上,用粽叶把原料包好,牙签固定

7.放入锅内,蒸一小时左右,蒸好取出时,撒上适量的细香葱花即可
