炝炒南瓜尖

炝炒南瓜尖的做法
1.将南瓜藤外皮绒毛撕干净,摘去南瓜藤的叶子和老杆

2.清净滤水,然后先焯一下水,捞出沥干备用

3.蒜瓣切片,干辣椒切段,锅内烧植物油,大火下蒜瓣与干辣椒炒香,迅速下南瓜尖一起翻炒

4.根据自已口味放盐,炒匀后起锅装盘,操作简单,不需其他调料,吃出蔬菜本身的味道
