泡椒蛋
泡椒蛋的做法1.泡椒若干,用清水冲洗三遍,切去根部和杂质不要
2.绿豆芽若干,择去根,清洗干净备用

3.泡椒切碎,绿豆芽切成小段,用胡椒粉、盐、白糖调味拌均
4.鸡蛋三枚,打散成蛋液,倒入泡椒碗内,拌均

5.平底锅放植物油烧热,倒入泡椒糊,煎至两面金黄即可

6.火可大可小,看自己喜好,火大了会快一点,但一定要盯着锅不然一不小心就会糊锅,我喜欢微糊的感脚,吃起来更香一些哈哈
